Eating well is an art form as there is an art to cooking and baking.

I have been baking and cooking since I was seven years old. I always loved to bake. I even remember teaching my mother's friends how to bake at the age of sixteen. In high school, my cakes were the first that sold in all the bake sales. It was then that I realized how much I love to bake.  After graduating from college, I was fortunate to be able to take a pastry course at the Cordon Bleu in Paris. This was the beginning of my journey into advanced baking and cooking. I am honored to share my love of food with you on this website.

 

 

I will be constantly revising this section with my favorite recipes and requests from you. Also since I have family members with Celiac disease and gluten intolerance, I have included the GF option of most recipes.
