French Pastry Classes by Roya Chadab

Service Description

All classes are hands on. This means you are going to be actively participating in preparing and baking your own pastries. Please come wearing a comfortable working attire and comfortable shoes– things do happen in the kitchen, and you may get dirty. If you prefer, please bring an apron with you. If you have long hair, please tie it in the back or put it up. Also please bring a notebook or tablet to take notes. We will start at 9 am sharp and hope to finish the class by 1 pm. I would appreciate if you could leave an extra hour in your schedule in case we go ovetime. Sometimes we may get delayed and may need extra time. I will provide you with all the necessary baking material and tools in the class. A light lunch and beverages will be provided.
